Finnish election: results are in
Finland has elected a new head of state in its second, run-off round of voting in its presidential election. With 62.6% of the vote, Sauli Niinistö (don't ask me how to say his name) is the first conservative president in fifty years. He beat the green candidate Pekka Haavisto to the job.
Niinistö's victory came with a decreased turn-out, yet he managed to increase his support.
