Nelson Mail on the constitutional review

The Nelson Mail writes in an editorial:

Deciding whether or not to keep the Queen – and more importantly, her successor – as Head of State, represented by governors-general, is the fundamental issue on New Zealand's constitutional blueprint. To leave it off the agenda of an otherwise comprehensive review – one that is being undertaken as part of National's confidence and supply agreement with the Maori Party – lies somewhere between extraordinary and bizarre.
