New appointments

The Republican Movement's executive has appointed Kieran McAnulty as our new Treasurer. Kieran's profile is now up on our people involved page. The executive also resolved to appoint Savage, editor of Republic, as Vice-Chairperson.

While our constitution provides for a vice-chair it's a position we never really got around to appointing, however since I'm going to be away next year for long periods of time, and Savage usually handles media queries, it made sense that we appoint the role now.
