The Express reports that Barbados will remain a member of the Commonwealth, once the Caribbean country becomes a republic in November this year:
[Barbados] would remain a part of the Commonwealth but it would no longer operate as a constitutional monarchy.
Barbados will become one of 39 Commonwealth members that have their own heads of state, with only 15 still retaining the British monarch as head of state.
